Returns & Exchanges Policy

You have STRICTLY 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, with no damage, and all associated tags/laces included in the box.

All items purchased in-store are only eligible for exchange or store credit. All items purchased online are eligible for return for the original payment method or exchange only. Each product is fully inspected by our team for any flaws before selling. Once an item has been worn or tags removed, there is STRICTLY no return accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

All items are sent requiring a signature upon delivery. If you choose to have your order delivered to a safe place, left with a neighbour, or someone else at the delivery address, we are no longer liable for the item once it has been delivered. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and secure, as we cannot be held responsible for items delivered to unsafe locations.
