SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders are shipped the next day unless stated otherwise.

 

In-Store Pick Up - All orders placed with In-Store Pick Up at checkout will be able to pick up their order from our Glasgow & Newcastle Store between our opening hours.

Items purchased between December 1st and 24th may be returned until January 8th, with eligibility to store credit or exchanges only.

 

You have STRICTLY 14 Calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with no damage and all associated tags/laces included in the box.

Upon return, items are eligible for store credit or for an exchange with other available items only.

Each and every product is FULLY inspected by our team for any flaws before selling. After any item has been worn & tags removed, there is STRICTLY no returns accepted.
