1LUX is an e-commerce and retail store which enables the buying & selling of highly sought after sneakers and streetwear.
 
We are looking to expand our team with like-minded individuals who will help us to maintain the high standards which we set ourselves and enable the company to continue upon its upward trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Utilise customer service skills, basic sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
  • Build the bond between consumer and brand by providing superior service and adapting brand stories to the retail setting.
  • Carry out day to day tasks such as; using the cash register to complete transactions, performing shipping duties, ensuring the store is fully stocked, cleaning when necessary and creating content for our social media platforms.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
 
  • Experience working within the retail industry (preferred but not required)
  • A passion for sneakers and streetwear
  • Exceptional product knowledge
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and fast-thinking
  • IT skills (Microsoft programmes, POS systems)
  • An understanding of how to use all main social media platforms
