How do I consign with 1LUX?
- Create an account on our Seller Portal.
- Create the submission of the item(s) you want to sell.
- Ship your item(s) to your chosen location for authentication when accepted.
- Once authenticated, your item(s) are made available on our website and the chosen store location on the submission.
- Once your item is sold, you get paid 14 days later once the return period has passed.
What is your listing fees?
We take a basic minimum of 12.5% which is subject to increase depending on wether the item is Footwear, Clothing or an Accessory.
How and when do I get paid?
There is weekly payouts which are made via PayPal or Bank Transfer. You will receive payment for your item once 14 days has passed the selling date.
The item I want to list isn't available on your app?
If the item you want to list isn't on the Sneaker Consign App then please let your consignment manager know and he will be able to get the product uploaded for you.
What happens if drop off/ship items without a submission?
If items arrive to the store without a submission made before hand then we won't be able to add them into the system until this is done so. Please ensure all items come with Submission ID to make it easier for our staff.
